Reservations canceled up to 24 hours prior to the appointment will not receive a penalty. Any appointment canceled with less than 24 hours notice will receive a 50% penalty to the credit card used at the time of reservation. When a last minute cancellation is made, we not only lose your business, but also miss the opportunity to delight another customer.
